If you’re experiencing your Premium purchase resetting, you might be on a very old version of WidgetWall. The good news is it was fixed long ago, plus we’ve added lots of new features and widgets since then!

Update to the latest version of WidgetWall here and you should be good to go.

If you’re still experiencing issues after updating, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
We’d love to help! The first step in troubleshooting is making sure you’re up to date with the latest versions of WidgetWall and macOS. Outdated versions of either can cause unexpected issues.

1. Update to the latest version of WidgetWall here.
2. Update to the latest version of macOS, if you’re able to.

– Click the  in the upper left corner
– Click “System Settings…” or “System Preferences…” (depending on your version)
– Click “General” or, if you don’t see a General, skip to the next step
– Click “Software Update”

If you’re still experiencing issues after, you might’ve found a bug! Please contact us and if we’re able to recreate it, we’ll fix it as quickly as we can.

Please note: Some bugs are macOS related and out of our control, such as common issues with Spaces, but it’s worth letting us know to confirm.
Unfortunately, macOS can be unpredictable when it comes to window management on Spaces and external monitors. Third party developers aren’t given access to the macOS APIs needed to get those working correctly yet. We hope they become available soon! As a workaround, we’re developing a Save/Load Layout feature, so even if widgets get mixed up, you’ll be able to quickly restore them. We apologize for the inconvenience though! It’s frustrating to us too.

Yes we do! We want customers to be happy. If you’re not, and we’re not able to resolve any issues, we’ll do what we can to make it right.

If you purchased WidgetWall through the Apple App Store, Apple handles all refunds, subscription cancellations, and requests directly. They are usually very good about issuing refunds, if it’s within a reasonable amount of time. Here are instructions to submit a request with them.
