FAQ

If you paid for the premium version of WidgetWall on the AppStore, but it’s resetting and asking you to pay again, here are some things to try:

1. Confirm you are running the most current macOS version
2. Confirm you have updated to the most current version of WidgetWall
3. If the subscription window opens again, there’s an option in the lower left to “Restore Purchase”

If any of the widgets aren’t working quite right for you, here are a few things to try:

1. Confirm you are running the most current macOS version
2. Make sure you have updated to the most current version of WidgetWall
3. Try quitting, then restarting the WidgetWall app
4. Try deleting the troublesome widget, then adding it back
5. Check that permissions are enabled:
–> Click the  in the upper left corner
–> Click System Settings
–> Click Privacy & Security
–> Click the relevent section (e.g., Calendar, Photos, Media & Apple Music, Reminders, etc.) and Mmke sure WidgetWall is enabled

You can mirror your widget setup on all spaces by opening the app preferences and checking “Mirror on all spaces.”

If you’ve purchased the app through the Apple App Store, Apple handles all refunds, subscription cancellations, and requests directly.

If you did not get your version of WidgetWall from the Apple App Store,
